– in terms of commitment, I think I did really well. I only missed one workout (week 3 CVX) and got in a fair amount of rock climbing to supplement
– the results I am seeing are good, but a little mixed. I feel stronger and have been able to do a couple of rock climbing routes I had found very tough previously; I have lost 1/2 inch on my belly; my weight has not changed. So, mixed
– I absolutely love the workouts themselves. I had been really skeptical of the 30 minute limit, but I am really liking the pace and intensity of the workouts.
So, three weeks in I am really having a good time with it and the results (with the exception of a bot of weight loss I am still hoping for) are great
