I am just finishing up week 6 of P90X3 and wanted to share a few thoughts
– I was initially skeptical of the 30 minute workout format but have come to love it The workouts are intense and the mantra about always being able to fit in 30 minutes is true. I have only missed one workout so far and there have been quite a few times where I would have skipped a longer workout but found time for the 30 minutes
– my own results are coming along nicely. I feel a fair bit stronger, my main sport right now – rock climbing – is improving, I look fitter and tighter (according to my wife). The only disappointment is that I am still not losing weight. I need to work on diet a little more deliberately
– the variety in the workouts is better than any P90 to date. Each day and each phase is very legitimately different and i have felt no boredom whatsoever
