I am now two days into Week 2 of Block 2. On Wed/Thursd I did Eccentric Upper and Triocyde. Both of these are amazing workouts and each was as intense this week as last. For Eccentric Upper, I won’t go into the details, but doing the decentric movements was a great X3 additions– I am seeing strength improvements in chest, back and bis and my wife says she can see the difference in the tightness of these body parts. Tricyde was, once again, really tough. I found it very tough and I can’t say it was that much easier than last week, but it was an amazing workout, both for legs and cardio.
