Monday and Tuesday were Agility X and Yoga days. I was on the road for these two workouts but had a fantastic gym at the hotel I was staying at with a separate area, apart from the cardio and resistance machines that was set aside just for dumbbell and callisthenics training. I did Agility X on Monday and it was a bear – it was very interesting that by having a larger space to do it in (and other gym patrons watching) I think I pushed myself to jump a bit further and work a bit harder. I was really feeling it by the 20 minute mark and by the last exercise (the ploy pushups) I was dead.
I got up early yesterday morning and did the Yoga routine – I find the positions are not held long enough to get what I feel I need out of yoga. I have to say I am not loving the X3 yoga. I think in future weeks I will substitute in the X2 yoga and just do the first 40 minutes.
Tonight is The Challenge. Always a tough one.
