As we start to plan return to work after a glorious two weeks off, I am having to adjust my X3 schedule a bit to have workouts coincide with other ‘real life’ obligations. We rock climb Tuesday’s and Friday’s with our daughters, and the X3 schedule I was on would have had me doing the toughest X3 workout on the same day as climbing. So I did a reset this week, over the last 4 days doing Total Syn, Agility two times each to to get me on a schedule so that my climbing days are days I have Yoga and Dynamics.
So, since my last blog, I have done Total Synergistic and Agility twice each. As the moves become more natural I am really liking these workouts. I am still feeling this is not as tough as X or X2, but I am believing that 30 minutes can give you a great workout. Both my wife and I notices yesterday, as we were doing a cross country ski with our kids, that our cores felt tighter and were engaging better as we skied — cool feeling.
