Just finished the new X3 yoga. At only 30 minutes it is pretty short, especially for a yoga class. I have to admit, for X 1 and 2, I very rarely did the entire 90 or 70 minute yoga sessions they had so I welcomed the 30 minutes.
Overall, I would say I really liked it but found it a little short. 40-45 minutes would have been better for me. I thought the stretching was great but the strength moves were too brief to really gets sweat going.
I am going to make sure my yoga session falls on the same day as I plan on rock climbing, as I can definitely handle another workout today. So, with that off to the rock gym with the kids.
3 days in, I am liking X3 but am not finding it quite as challenging as I expected, but love the short time commitment required. We’ll see, as I go, if it delivers the results the P90X programs typically do.
