Today was Yoga. My overall assessment of the X3 yoga is that it is simply too short. I don’t think yo can get both strength and stretch out of a yoga session in only 30 minutes and this is why most yoga classes are closer to 90. That said, I like the stretch of X3 yoga and the rest of the workouts are pretty intense, so its ok.
What I was have started to do, and am really liking, is combining the Yoga 30 minutes with about an hour of rock climbing. This makes a great workout.
