I did The Challenge again tonight – the workout that is a 16 set series of push-ups and pull-ups. This is my second round at this, and I found it every bit as tough this time as last, but the good news is my numbers were up.
For the pushups, increased from 171 (39 w assist) to 187 (32 w assist)
For the pull-ups, increased from 78 (38 w assist) to 87 (38 w assist)
The is the only really resistance heavy workout in phase 1 of X3, so I am liking it but definitely finding myself in need of a good recovery drink when I am done.
