Just finished CVX. I am sure things will change with vacation now lever, but that makes 10/10 for P90X3 workouts. I was join CVX today (on day 3 of week 2) because I changed the order of the X3 workouts slightly to accommodate other activities. I LOVE this workout. Cardio with light weights – 8 pounds for me; my wife used 5; Tony used 10 I think) is an amazing concept. The cardio workout is intense and and your heart rate stays around the zone 3 level or slightly higher – at least mine did. And all with a lower impact than a traditional aerobics/cardio routine because you jump less and slower because you are holding weights. As a side benefit, it is a good (not great) core and muscles workout.
At the end of 30 minutes I was beat. It felt like the end of the old P90X Plyo routine – cardiovascularly exhausted and leg muscles burning.
