I finished Block 2 last week and did my measurements yesterday. The good and the so/so:
– On the positive, my measurements are going in the right direction. As I mentioned previously, I was in pretty decent shape to start with and my recent measurements are showing pretty decent progress. I have lost almost an inch off my waist and stomach my chest measure has styed the same (but definitely tighter).
– On the so/so, my weight has no budged. I know muscle is heavier than fat, so I am not discouraged, but one of my goals is to improve my rock climbing and being a little bit lighter would help.
I am no three workouts into block three, but I will review those workout separately.
