Sex every day. Seems like a lot…. but new science is showing that it may be worth the effort.
A raft of studies have been coming out recently that are looking at the impact of daily sex on various aspects of our life and health. A few of the benefits found:
– a study from the University of Texas found that daily sex improves the confidence we feel in our bodies, and therefore, improves overall confidence
– daily sex also appears to lead to improvise physiological health – lower blood pressure, higher functioning immune system and lower risk of heart attack;
– it boosts creativity – apparently when people think about sex and lust, they are more creative in other aspects of their thinking.
I love sex. But, personally, every day would be more than I could likely fit into my life. But with all the potential benefits of daily sex, I am thinking I may need to work a little harder at it.
